The experience
Sail from Gibraltar to the Canary Islands on an unforgettable 14-day adventure combining offshore sailing with an immersive journey along Morocco’s Atlantic coast. Starting beneath the iconic Rock of Gibraltar, sail across to Tangier before continuing south through Rabat, El Jadida, Essaouira and Agadir. Along the way, explore ancient medinas and colourful souks, discover historic fortresses, experience traditional Moroccan hospitality and venture inland towards Berber villages and the landscapes of the Little Atlas Mountains. The adventure culminates in a 200-nautical-mile offshore passage from Morocco to Lanzarote, putting your sailing skills into practice as you cross open Atlantic waters before making landfall in the Canary Islands. You’ll sail aboard Osprey, a Beneteau Oceanis 45 equipped for offshore passages, alongside an experienced Yachtmaster skipper. Beginners are welcome, but this is an active sailing adventure: you’ll become part of the crew, helping with sailing, watches and everyday life onboard.
