The experience
Sail across the Irish Sea on a 7-day adventure from Largs on Scotland’s west coast to Dublin, combining hands-on sailing, offshore passages and fascinating destinations along the way. Set out aboard Osprey, a Beneteau Oceanis 45 equipped for offshore sailing, and journey south through the Irish Sea. Explore the landscapes of Arran, experience longer open-water passages and visit historic Douglas on the Isle of Man before making your final approach to Dublin. This is an active sailing adventure rather than a conventional cruise. You’ll become part of the crew, helping with sailing, navigation, boat preparation and the onboard watch system while receiving informal coaching from an experienced RYA instructor. Complete beginners are welcome, while more experienced sailors can use the voyage to build miles and develop practical offshore sailing experience.
